Fall Candy Recipes Featuring Apples

I grew up on an apple orchard, so when fall rolls around, apples feel a little bit like home to me. Every year, the smell of crisp apples and cool air makes me want to turn them into something sweet—usually with a good dose of sugar involved. This season I pulled together four candy recipes that let apples really shine. They’re cozy, crunchy, a little nostalgic, and exactly the kind of treats that make autumn feel special.

Marbled Candy Apples - These are a twist on the traditional candy apple. After getting the technique down, you’ll have so much fun customizing to an event or your favourite fall colours. Go ahead and get creative!

Toffee Apples - Ugh, these are so good! You have the buttery, crunchy, sweet toffee on the outside, paired with the tart apple on the inside and they are just delicious. They are also a little easier than traditional caramel apples, just saying.

Apple Cider Gummies - Ok I guess I’m using apple cider over actual apples here, but still, they are delicious and highlight apples and cinnamon in a fun and unique way.

Caramel Apples - There’s a reason why this one is a seasonal favourite! I give lots of tips in this recipe for making sure the caramel does not slip off the apple too.

Enjoy and happy fall treat making!
